SHIPPING INFORMATION

Courier Service and Parcel Tracking

Products are shipped via a courier service, which provides a parcel tracking system for all shipments. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, both in the morning and afternoon. However, recipients cannot request delivery on specific days or at specific times.

Customers will receive email notifications regarding their package delivery status, including any delivery attempts or possible redirection to a pickup center. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by the courier.

If deliveries are made to a reception area, where a receptionist signs for the package, Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l.cannot be held liable for any subsequent failure in delivering the package to the final recipient.

If a particular country is not listed among the available shipping destinations, it means that delivery to that country is not currently available. However, since Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. is considering expanding its list of eligible countries, customers are encouraged to contact customercare@elvaquero.it for further inquiries.

    Delivery Inspection

    Upon receiving the products, the customer must verify the following:

    ·       The number of packages received matches the quantity stated in the transport document.

    ·       The packaging is intact, undamaged, and free from moisture or any other alterations, including those affecting sealing materials (e.g., adhesive tape or metal strapping).

    If there is any visible damage to the packaging and/or the product, or if there is a discrepancy in the number of packages, customers must immediately report this by making a specific note on the delivery document and returning it to the courier.

    Any issues regarding the physical integrity, accuracy, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 14 days of delivery by contacting customer service at customercare@elvaquero.it.

     

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping is free for Italy and EU countries.

    For orders placed from the USA, UK, and Australia, prices are displayed in the local currency (USD, GBP, and AUD, respectively) and already include shipping fees and customs duties.

    For all other countries, shipping costs €70, plus any applicable customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

    The exact shipping cost will be displayed online at the final stage of the order process, before confirmation. By confirming the order, the customer explicitly accepts the total amount, including the calculated shipping cost.


    Shipping Times

    Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to:

    ·       Temporary unavailability of products

    ·       Courier service disruptions

    ·       Force majeure events

    ·       Public holidays

    For payments made via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or Scalapay, shipping may be delayed if the payment authorization cannot be processed successfully.

    If the order has not been received within five business days (excluding weekends), customers should contact customer service at customercare@elvaquero.it.

    The delivery times provided by Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. are indicative only. Any delays or partial deliveries do not entitle the customer to reject the order or request compensation or indemnity.


    Customs Duties and Taxes

    For shipments outside the European Union, USA, UK, or Australia, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary depending on the destination country and are applied when the goods arrive at customs. Customers should contact their local customs authorities in advance to check for any applicable costs or import restrictions.

    If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered for reasons such as:

    ·       Incorrect address or phone number

    ·       Repeated absence of the recipient

    The following costs will be deducted from any refund:

    1.     Outbound shipping costs

    2.     Return shipping costs

    3.     Customs duties for the return of goods (charged to the recipient)
