A parcel tracking service is provided for these shippers. The courier company delivers Monday through Friday, both in the morning and afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of a delivery attempt, through a label left at the respective address. Delivery will be attempted twice: if this fails, the courier will try to contact the recipient. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. will not be responsible for any malfunction in the delivery service by the courier. In case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for pickup by the receptionist), Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient. If a particular destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that delivery of the products to that country is not currently available. However, since Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. is considering extending the list of countries to which shipments can be made, we recommend that you contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
That the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or a mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported by making a specific indication on the delivery document of the product, to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence with the information, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery by contacting customer service at email@example.com.
The shipping cost depends on the country of destination and the weight/volume of the package. The customer will be able to view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it. Their confirmation is equivalent to express acceptance of the entire order, including the shipping cost thus calculated.
The shipping of the ordered products takes place within 48-72 hours, after 24 hours from the date of registration of the order. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, malfunctions in the service of the courier, force majeure or in case of holidays. In case of purchase by credit card, PayPal, Stripe or Scalapay, the delay in shipment may be caused by the inability to withdraw the amount authorized for payment (See: Payment section). If after 5 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you still haven’t received your goods, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The delivery times indicated by Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. are to be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made by successive fractionated shipments, shall not entitle the Customer to the refusal of the same delivery or to a claim for compensation or indemnity.
Customs duties and taxes
Regarding deliveries requested to countries outside the European Union, the United States of America and the United Kingdom; any customs import charges will be borne by the recipient. Customs duties and possible taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in that country: therefore, the Customer is asked to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and possible import limits.
In case of rejection of the goods by the customer or non-delivery due to other reasons (e.g. wrong address and/or phone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), an amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: sending the goods and returning the goods and customs duties for return, which are charged to the recipient.
In such cases, the price of the goods will be refunded.
