ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

To make a purchase, the online procedure must be carefully followed. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of doubts about its validity – incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment defaults that occurred with previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card – or in case of unavailability of products. The communication of refusal or cancellation of the order (by e-mail or telephone) may not be made urgently and may also occur following subsequent contact by the customer.

How to purchase?

Purchasing on this site is simple:

• Click on the desired product to access the relevant product page and view all relevant information about the product in detail. Select the quantity and size, if any, then click on "Add to cart" or "Buy."
• To change the contents of the cart, select the Quantity and update the cart. To delete the product, click on the " – " button in the quantity menu. View the products placed in your cart and, to finalize your order, click "Checkout".
• Register or enter the necessary shipping information and select the payment method:

  • Credit card
  • Stripe
  • Scalapay

Finally, read the summary of your purchase and proceed with checkout by following the steps indicated. At the end of your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the identification data of your order and confirmation that it has been correctly received. For purchases with prepayment, there is no minimum amount. The amount will be charged in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Only persons of legal age are allowed to place orders. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. will not be responsible for orders placed by minors without parental permission.

Payments are available in the following currencies: € (EUR), $ (USD), £ (GPB), A$(AUD).

The prices shown on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site on the order summary page or in these Conditions and will be specified in the order confirmation e-mail.

The following payment methods are provided:

  For payment, the PayPal circuit can be used by the customer according to its specific terms;
• Credit Card  
  In cases of purchase of the goods using the Credit Card payment method, the transaction may take place through the secure server of PayPal, Stripe or other secure server chosen by Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l.. In no case and at no stage of the payment will Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. come to the knowledge of information related to the Customer's credit card, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution handling the transaction. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. will not collect such data and it will not be retained in any computer file belonging to Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l., so under no circumstances can Valerio Giuntoli Corporation S.r.l. be held liable for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties in connection with the payment.

The payment transaction takes place on a secure page, which makes use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates, a system that ensures maximum security for online transactions. The seller reserves the right to ask the customer for additional documents proving the ownership of the credit card. If the documentation is not provided, the seller reserves the right not to accept the order.
