ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

To complete a purchase, you must carefully follow the online procedure. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation Srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are doubts about its validity, for example in the case of incomplete or inconsistent personal data, missed payments in previous purchases, suspected credit card fraud or unavailability of the products ordered. The communication of refusal or cancellation of the order (via email or telephone) may not be immediate and may also occur after contact by the customer.

How to make a purchase?

Purchasing on this site is simple:

1. Select the desired product to access its page and view all the detailed information. Choose the quantity and size (if applicable), then click on "Add to cart" or "Buy".
2. To change the contents of your cart, update the quantity or remove an item by clicking the "–" button. To complete your purchase, go to your cart and click "Checkout".
3. Register or enter the required shipping information and select the payment method from the following options:

   4. Scalapay (where available)
   5. Bank transfer
      
4. Check your order summary and follow the steps provided to complete your purchase.
   
5. At the end of the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order details and confirmation of correct receipt.

For purchases with advance payment, there is no minimum amount. Payment will be made in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Only adults can place orders. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation Srl assumes no responsibility for orders placed by minors without parental consent.

The prices indicated on the site include taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees will be communicated in advance to the Customer via the site on the order summary page or in these Conditions and will be specified in the order confirmation email.

In no case and at no stage of the payment will the company be aware of the information relating to the Customer's credit card, as the data is transmitted securely directly to the banking institution responsible for the transaction. Valerio Giuntoli Corporation Srl does not collect or store such data, therefore it cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties.

In the event of failure to provide the requested documentation, the company reserves the right to not accept the order.
