Refund policy

We hope you love your El Vaquero purchase. However, if something is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

To start a return, please email customercare@elvaquero.it
Returns must always be authorized by our Customer Care team before being shipped back.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, complete with all original packaging, dust bags, labels, tags, and accessories included in the order.

Please note that customized, made-to-order, or modified items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where purchased and applicable, EV Care covers one free size exchange only. It does not apply to refunds, store credit requests, or exchanges for a different model and/or color.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and approved after inspection.

 

RETURN OPTIONS & COSTS

Return costs vary depending on the destination country and the option selected: refund, size exchange, or store credit.

Unless otherwise stated, once the return is approved, we will provide the return label and arrange collection of the parcel.

United States

For returns from the United States, return costs are calculated according to the selected option and the number of items included in the same return parcel.

Refund

  • Base return cost: $150
  • Additional cost for each extra item in the same parcel: $50 per item
  • Additional charge: 25% of the value of the returned item/s

Size Exchange

  • Base return cost: $150
  • Additional cost for each extra item in the same parcel: $50 per item

Store Credit

  • Base return cost: $150
  • Additional cost for each extra item in the same parcel: $50 per item

Store credit means you may return the item and receive its value as credit for a future purchase instead of a refund to the original payment method.

For clarity, when multiple items are returned in the same parcel, the base fee applies once, and the additional item fee applies to each item after the first.

Italy

  • Refund: €35
  • Store Credit: free of charge
    This means you may receive the value of the returned item as credit for a future purchase, with no additional return fee.
  • Size Exchange: €20

European Union

  • Refund: €50
  • Store Credit: free of charge
    This means you may receive the value of the returned item as credit for a future purchase, with no additional return fee.
  • Size Exchange: €30

Switzerland

  • Refund: €100
  • Store Credit: €50
    Store credit allows you to return the item and receive its value as credit toward a future purchase.
  • Size Exchange: €70

United Kingdom

  • Refund: £100
  • Store Credit: £50
    Store credit allows you to return the item and receive its value as credit toward a future purchase.
  • Size Exchange: £70

Non-EU Countries

  • Refund: €150
  • Store Credit: €100
    Store credit allows you to return the item and receive its value as credit toward a future purchase.
  • Size Exchange: €100

 

Promotions, complimentary gifts, and bundle benefits

If your order included a promotion, complimentary gift, bundle benefit, or special offer, and the return causes the original promotion requirements to no longer be met, the related promotional benefit will no longer apply.

In this case, all complimentary gifts and/or promotional items must also be returned.

This rule also applies when requesting store credit. If promotional gifts or items are not returned, their value may be deducted from the refund or from the store credit issued.

If you prefer to keep the complimentary gift or promotional item, its full value may be charged or deducted accordingly.

Return conditions

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition;
  • be returned with their original packaging and all included components;
  • show no signs of wear, damage, dirt, or alteration;
  • include any promotional items or complimentary gifts received with the order, where applicable.

If a returned item does not comply with the above conditions, the return may be refused and the goods sent back to the Customer at their expense.
