  • Can I pay with credit card instead of paypal?
    Sure thing. once that the order procedure is completed the site will automatically re-direct you to the Paypal site. In order to pay with credit card you just need to scroll down the paypal login page and insert your card details in the specific box.
  • Can I pay with bank transfer?
    Yes. Please send an email to customercare@elvaquero.itso that we can assist you during the entire process
  • Do you ship to US?
    Yes we do.
  • I want to buy but my country is not on the list.
    In this case please send an email to customercare@elvaquero.itso that we can check with you and verify if is possible to ship to your country.
  • How much is shipping cost?
    We offer free shipping for all Europe and US. For all other countries the shipping cost is 70 euros flat.
  • Can you send the package to hotel?
    Unfortunately we are not allowed to ship to hotel or P.O boxes. If you need to have the package sent to a specific address while you are travelling, please send us an email at customercare@elvaquero.it
  • Can I use time payment?
    Unfortunately we can’t accept time payment.
  • In case I need to return a package, can I use my own postal service or am I obligated to use TNT?
    In case of return we offer a pick up service through our TNT dedicated service for a flat rate that depends on your country. If you want you can decide to send back your purchase using a different postal service at your expenses. You can find all the informations in our return and exchange policy
  • Why do I need to give my phone number during the order process?
    We ask our customers a phone number in order to be reachable in case of need for further informations from our designated postal services. We do not share personal informations with the public. Please read ourprivacy policy.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping?
    If you are ordering from a country that is not part of Europe or US the shipping cost is 70 euro flat rate.
  • I can’t complete my order, what can I do?
    Sometimes, due to heavy traffic on our website, something might go wrong with your order. If the issue is not solved right away please send an email to customercare@elvaquero.itso that we can help you finalize your order.
  • The product that I want is sold out, Is it going to be restock?
    All our products follow the seasons and are not usually restocked. If you’re searching for a specific model please send an email to customercare@elvaquero.itand we will help you find it from one of our partner sellers.
  • Are there any sales?
    At the moment we do not offer sales but we invite you to check our our partner sellers which usually do sales all around the year. You can find the complete list here.
  • The shoes that I bought doesn’t fit right, can I change them?
    Of course. You can return your purchase for a size change within 14 days from the day that you received your order. Please check our return and exchange policyand send an email to customercare@elvaquero.itto be assisted during the whole process.
